The Penthouse Collection Beverly West Residences – Los Angeles

Pietra di Vicenza & The Penthouse Collection Beverly West Residences – Los Angeles

Designed by Plum Design West’s Lisa Garris Design, the Penthouse Collection are 5 custom designed, fully furnished 8,000 square foot condominiums with fantastic 360 degrees views of Los Angeles.

Each unique penthouse was curated around a specific Persona, creating distinct visual stories for each. The Mogul (18th Floor), The Entrateiners (19th Floor),  The Collector (20th Floor),  The Musician (21st Floor), and the Producer  (22nd Floor).

The project utilizes many different types of italian marble and stone. For the main floors in all five residences, the designer selected  Grigio Argento, Bianco Avorio, Perla Dei Berici e Grigio Alpi in a honed finish from Grassi Pietre. The stone was cut and finished in Italy in a large scale random, running bond pattern which not only looks  beautiful but maximized each slab, thereby cutting back on waste and cost.

These classic Italian stones are simple in pattern and soft in color and work extremely well in a modern setting. The final look is clean, crisp and contemporary but with a richness and depth that is unique.

The selected stones, cut and finished in our company, with their simplicity and their neutral colors are perfect for  the contemporary style of the apartments.

The result was “The most exclusive residential tower in Los Angeles”, as Forbes magazine mentioned.
