Federico Motterle

Federico Motterle was born in Vicenza in 1936 and graduated in Architecture under Ludovico Quaroni’s supervision in Florence.

He worked with great architects such as Carlo Scarpa and Oscar Niemeyer, with whom he initiated a fruitful and lasting co-operation.

He was involved in architecture and design projects, such as private buildings, interiors, commercial buildings including the restoration and expansion of villa Valmarana Morosini in Altavilla Vicentina (CUOA offices).

He has designed office furniture and different objects in wood and stone (tables, chairs and lamps) for ESTEL.
